Do you have installation fees?

No, the setting is offered for the Merchant Offer. The platform is configured according to your own after-sales process.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes, our contract is without commitment. You can unsubscribe at any time without charge, even at the end of the first month if you are not convinced. ;-)

How am I charged for my subscription?

At the end of each month, your monthly subscription is automatically debited. No commission is applied.

What does the subscription include?

The subscription includes access to our 3 interfaces: Customer Return Portal, Seller Back Office, Partner Interface. You benefit from our tool for to generate transport labels and you have a personalized support by a dedicated Account Manager.

Will additional fees be charged?

In addition to the platform, we offer optional services to manage your after-sales logistics: return transport, multilingual customer service, massification in Europe and repair of your defective products. These optional services are subject to additional billing.

Can I customize my return procedures?

Absolutely! We configure the platform according to your rules (active guarantees, encountered problems, commercial solutions) and by product typology.

Do I need to install software?

No, is a SaaS solution: all you need is an Internet connection to process your returns three times faster! Our interface can be used on computer, tablet or mobile.

I sell internationally, is it suitable?

Perfectly: we operate throughout Europe and our Return Portal is available in French, English, Spanish and German. 80% of our merchants are now selling in several countries.
